Fluerichaji, also known by her To-Witter handle ✨(@fluerichaji) is a character featured in the Lemniscate YouTube series's To-Witter companion story (from Tesa).[2]
Fluer is an artist that shares her work on To-Witter, and an avid fan of the internet idol A-set. She was commissioned by Ota Matsushita to make fanart of A-set, which eventually became his banner on To-Witter and his profile image on Discord.

This, along with various facts about fluerichaji, including her commission from Ota and her content on Twitter, seemingly proves that she is a character in the narrative.
