As Aiba picks it up, Date notes that it looks rather avant-garde, while Aiba wonders if it was built with glowsticks in mind. While A-set states that they should dig up the silver gate, Aiba begins imitating the motion of Digging, which she finds fun to do while Date reminds her of their work. Suddenly, Iris appears and tells Date that the pickaxe was dropped by a person attacked by NAIXATLOZ, and suggests to be careful in case they attack him too, which Aiba finds concerning. They wonder which of the two they should listen, the let's player A-set or the captured Iris, as they look at the gate (which Date thinks looks like tofu) as a possible avenue to dig forward.

With the vending machine successfully broken, several colored eggs fall off, which A-set notes it's a lot of materials for a drop. After A-set asks everyone to like, subscribe, and redo-wit, Date asks Aiba if they're in Golden Yokocho, recognizing the layout of the area. Remembering this is where they were attacked by mercenaries, a giant blue eyeball named an Elite appears. A-set states that they should beat the Elite with no problem, while Iris interjects and tells Date that Project Blue Beam is beginning, in which they will kill Iris. Date asks what they can do, and Iris responds with dancing, the most beautiful art form humanity has created, as that's the only way to defeat the rich and powerful NAIXATLOZ and the Wadjet System. A-set reappears, stating they can make a disco ball with the new materials, and that it's dancing time. Date asks Aiba what she thinks, and while at first she simply states "ShovelForge is not a dancing game," she later states that NAIX is not real. Date says that Iris isn't trying to mislead him, but Aiba states that this shouldn't change any facts. They look for a place to craft the disco ball.

With enough materials, A-set states that she found a crafting table, but Aiba notes that they can use the materials to make something other than a disco ball. Date tells her that they need to make a disco ball, since that's what the viewers expect, but Aiba begins to wonder.

Aiba asks Date about the disco ball they were supposed to be making, to which he responds by saying something was bugging him. Aiba makes a switch in an instant, which makes Date wonder if the table is necessary. With the switch, Aiba places it in a house outside, and once she flips it, a projector atop the house turns off, making the Elite disappear. When Aiba presents this to Date, he begins to question Iris's words. Iris appears and tells him that Project Blue Beam is trying to trick him with holograms, and that he must use the power of dance. Meanwhile, A-set is curious as to why the enemies disappeared. Gate 2, up north, begins morphing into a pile of debris, while the pickaxe morphs from Level 1 to Level 5, and A-set begins to wonder if this is some sort of glitch in the game, while Iris asks once more to believe in her.

Date tells Aiba to make a disco ball, and she promptly makes one, which Date finds anti-climactic. Outside, A-set states that it's time to dance for real, and Aiba starts to wonder what she will do. Iris appears and tells Date to use the Power of Dance to fight against NAIX, and he relays the order to a panicking Aiba. Aiba begins dancing to "Invincible Rainbow Arrow," and during the song, the multicolored egg blocks appear around her. The Elite attacks Aiba, but she floats around a pink block, dodging all its laser attacks. At the end of the song, all the blocks surround Aiba in the air, as they project a power beam right at the Elite, defeating it as it explodes on Gate 2. A-set celebrates, while Iris states that they foiled Project Blue Beam, meaning they can fight against NAIX. Date enjoys as Iris praises him and states she feels safe with him. A-set notices that a Level 5 Pickaxe was dropped on the floor, and states they can proceed forward, while Iris tells Date to defeat NAIX. Date states it's time to go, which she responds by saying that they don't need a hot head in this situation.

Aiba falls into the lava and dies, and then respawns at the home bed, back in the Northern Section, where she complains at the idea of dying over and over again as a video game character. Date states he's further away from Iris than before, while Aiba tries to discourage him. Iris appears again, and when Dare asks if he did something wrong, she reassures him she didn't. Outside the house, the winter irises clear the adjacent houses, revealing Iris standing in the clearing, before a giant pyramid covers her. Suddenly, a giant UFO appears over the pyramid, and the monitors are taken over by Mercenaries. A-set is excited to fight a final boss, while Iris cries out for help as NAIX approaches, which causes A-set's PC to start acting up.
